June Race

June was the second edition of Weeber's 20 questions (only this time, there were 19)

Basically, it was a leisurely ride around the lakes while trying to answer questions that Weeber conjured up about the scenery. He had some trickeration, so it was a true b.r.alley cat.

There were 5 participants:

DFL - Kasey

4th - Eddie

1st - Andy, Joshua, Mike

Because Andy got back first, he won the tie breaker. And blew out his knee again. He's fine, though.

It was a good race, fun times were had at Chelsea's afterwards as always.

Come out next month!!! July 9th, 2010, meeting place TBA.

May

May was the Cruzer Crit b.r.alley cat.

It was held at Mike's house on Myrtle, with 4 racers racing at a time.

I was unable to attend, so if you were there, post a comment on how it went!

Sunday, May 2, 2010

As you may or may not be aware, May is bike month. That rules. Last year we did a 4 race Tour da Rouge to celebrate bike month. This year, Andy is in school and otherwise loosing his mind, so he has not had time to orchestrate the Tour da Rouge.

There will be a May b.r.alley cat on the second Friday, though.

Keep your eyes here for more info as it is gathered.

We started at Goodwood Playground, then to Purple and Gold Sports Memorabilia @ Airline and Old Hammond, then to Gold Club, then to Hollywood Casino, then to Law Building Steps, then to Green's Purple and Gold Liquor, then to Chelsea's.

As you can see, all the stops had to do with gold or money, in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Yay!

Race order ended up as follows:
1) McBeardo (Travis)
2) Patty O'Donnel (Blair)
3) O'Weeber (Justin)
4) Han O'Slowlo (David)
5) Cullen Mullen Kimble (Colin)
6) Doc O'Doc McDocydoc (Rosanne)
7) Duncan (Zach)

Everyone had a blast. Come out next month, 4/09/2010 for the next installment. Keep your eyes peeled here for more info that will be posted as it comes available.
